John
Meet John, the founder, director, and clinician of NSAudiology. His passion for music led him to pursue a Bachelor of Music in classical singing (Opera). With his unique background, John has always envisioned a hearing clinic that caters to each individual's unique needs. Over the years, he has transformed his vision into an innovative and cutting-edge hearing clinic. John is committed to providing his clients with the best possible outcomes, and his principle of hearing rehabilitation is tailored to meet each client's specific needs. He has a keen interest in utilising state-of-the-art technology to create a forward-thinking business that continues to provide the highest level of care to his clients.
Kylie
Kylie is an accomplished business manager with more than 25 years of experience in senior administrative management. As the founder, Director, manager, and business development expert at NSAudiology, Kylie has demonstrated her expertise in driving business growth and expansion. Kylie is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with NSAudiology meets or exceeds customer expectations. Kylie holds a Graduate Diploma in Performance Studies and a Bachelor of Arts Honours (Studies in Religion and Philosophy). She is a lifelong learner who is always seeking to expand her knowledge and skills.
Nynke
Nynke, our audiologist, is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the field of audiology. She specialises in cochlear implants and is also an expert in hearing coaching and rehabilitation. Nynke provides a comprehensive and personalised approach to patient care that is tailored to each individual's needs. Apart from her extensive experience in audiology, Nynke also has a background in the arts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance/Drama from UNSW, which has given her a unique perspective when it comes to working with patients. Her artistic background has helped her to develop a creative and empathetic approach to patient care that is highly effective.
Stefania
Our Five Dock branch is privileged to have Stefania as our customer care specialist. Stefania is extremely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and she has several years of experience in reception and administration. She holds a Diploma and a Certificate IV in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Informatics for Business Management., and a Diploma in Social Sciences.
Rehannah
Rehannah is our exceptionally skilled customer care specialist based primarily in St Leonards. With extensive experience in health and the hearing aid industry, she provides a compassionate approach. Rehannah previously worked in the UK before joining our team. She holds a Diploma of Higher Education – Health Studies, Adult Nursing from the UK.
