- Manage billing and claims processes, when applicable, including Medicare, the Hearing Services Program (HSP), NDIS, DVA or private health insurers
AI-Assisted Clinical Documentation
- You will be informed and asked for consent before any AI tool is used
- AI-generated notes are reviewed and approved by your audiologist before being added to your clinical record
- You may decline or withdraw consent at any time, without affecting your care
